Effective from 15 January 2026.

1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of CM Pass branded products through the website canam-manuals.com, operated by Canam Manuals LTD.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20%. We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, Klarna and cash on delivery.

3. Delivery

Delivery is free within the United Kingdom and is dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours of order processing via Royal Mail or DPD.

4. Cancellation rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, by returning the product undamaged in its original packaging.

5. Guarantee

All products carry a 24-month guarantee. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. Manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, so far as permitted by law.
